Tamarindus Indica (Tamarind) Leaves And Twigs, Curcuma Longa (Tumeric) Root, Cymbopogon (Lemongrass), Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root, Citrus Microcarpa (Lime) Rind, Musa Acuminata (Wild Banana) Leaves, Carica (Papaya) Leaves, Lagerstroemia Speciose (Banabá Plant) Leaves, Citrus Maxima (Pomelo) Leaves, Origanum Vulgare (Oregano) Leaves, Moringa Olifiera (Drumstick Tree) Leaves, Camphor Crystals.

HOW TO USE

  1. Tear open sealed top, but do not remove the compress from the pouch.
  2. Add room temperature water to just cover the compress ball. Do not overfill. Ensure that compress is completely submerged.
  3. Allow compress ball 3 minutes to absorb water, then remove from bag and squeeze extra water from the ball.
  4. Allow 3 minutes for compress to heat up.
  5. Check temperature of compression ball in your hand before applying to your body.
  6. To remain a constant temperature for the treatment, compress ball should stay in contact with the skin.  If temperature at any point is too hot, add slight amount of cool water to the compress.
