Athena Kakoliris, Co-Founder Ava Retreats + Certified Yoga Instructor + Wellness Advocate, will move through a series of actionable postures and engage participants in a guided movement flow to help with mobility. Athena will focus on the asanas around helping with prolonged sitting and those working more from home in front of the computer. 


Yamuna Zake, a master teacher of body sustainability and founder of Yamuna USA, will show you two proactive ways to increase your energy and promote a deep relaxation live during the spa party. Based on her new book, The Foot Fix, you will learn simple ways to move your feet while supporting yourself. Everyone holds so much tension in the jaw and face it is essential to learn how to destress quickly. You will learn Yamuna's secrets on how to release facial stress in minutes.

Who isn’t seeking harmony at home? Debra Dunier, a Feng Shui Master and Certified Eco-Designer, will give easy-to-follow tips from the ancient practice of Feng Shui and how being mindful of space has the power to transform one's life. 


Katie Thurber, Co-Founder Ava Retreats + Certified Reiki Healer + Wellness Advocate, will focus on home improvements and changes to the environment to promote wellness and simple actions to help improve any space to promote holistic living.

Founder of Immunocologie Karen Ballou leads the Purpose and Solidarity pillar, helping to focus on one’s purpose in life and the journey it takes to get there. From her reflection on 30+ years in the beauty industry to successfully battling cancer, Karen will share wisdom and advice to those looking for purpose and how getting it isn’t always linear.
